It did what I wanted it to do.
"I go through a pair of waders every year. Some pricier than others. Last season I decided to find the pair of waders which would last more than a season. I hunted 66 times in these waders in some of the toughest, blackberry bramble infested marshes in the pacific flyway and chene waders held up. I was concerned with how much condensation these waders retain in the knees and between the legs area, but no leaks. They are certainly not the most comfortable waders I've owned but they are comfortable enough. I'm just happy they actually lasted an entire season. Customer service at chene should get an award for being so kind and patient with me. Between deciding what color I should go with, to debating whether I should exchange for smaller size and knit picking every little thing about these waders, chene customers service was top notch. When I bought my truck, the dealership gave me keys and told me to get out. When I bought these waders, chene sent me a hand written letter and signed me up to ducks unlimited. Keep up the good work, chene, I'll be ordering more of your products when I can hide money from my wife."
Superior waders
"These are hands down the best waders I’ve owned. I’m 5’5, 125lbs & ordered xs size 7 boot. There’s enough room to do lighter layers under but if you need thicker I’d size up to a small. Love the strap adjustment & the boots are comfortable. The belt also snatches you so you look like you have a dump truck💅"
Spend the money
"These are by far the best waders I’ve ever purchased. True to size, excellent customer service for feedback and help with sizes. If you own any of the other footwear from Chene, the wader boots are honestly true to size from those. Spend the money and get yourself right for waterfowl season"
Stepping up your game
"Worn a lot of different brands & types of waders over past 35 years. The Chene wader is the most comfortable and easiest to put on and take off than any other wader that I have ever owned. I was very impressed with the versatility of fabric when walking in field or getting in or out of blind. My son, who guides in NE Arkansas, bought a pair a last year and told me how impressed he was with the Chene waders . Stopped by store in Memphis and tried a pair on and was immediately impressed by the fit and comfort so I bought a pair. Should have Done It Sooner ! PS : The staff at store were exceptional and very helpful."
Customer Service is key!
"I called up to the store to ask a couple questions about fitment, Morgan walked me through the whole process and said if I had any issues I could exchange at no cost. I got my shipment in and they were a little too big, I made a call to them and within minutes I had a free return label in my email and sent them back. They sent me one size smaller and they fit great. The customer service is unmatched and I can’t wait to put these waders to good use! Happy to be part of the family!"
