Job Description
As the E-Commerce Leader at Chêne Gear, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, enhancing the customer experience, and expanding our digital footprint. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our e-commerce operations align with our brand’s commitment to consumer engagement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy aimed at driving online sales growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategy.
Site Management
• Oversee the daily operations of Chene Gear’s e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually-appealing, well-merchandised, authentic, and optimized for conversions.
• Collaborate with e-commerce operations to implement website enhancements and new features.
• Ensure the online product catalog is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
Digital Marketing
• Partner with the marketing and PR team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
Customer Experience
• Ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience across all digital touchpoints, from browsing to checkout.
• Implement and monitor customer service processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analytics & Reporting
• Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as traffic, conversion rates, average
order value, and customer lifetime value.
• Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance to senior management.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor, fostering a collaborative and a culturally rich environment.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to support their professional growth.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or hunting gear industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and digital marketing tools.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and enhancing customer experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Passion for hunting and familiarity with hunting gear is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Garment Product Developer to join our team and help oversee the development and maintenance of apparel products.
Job Description
As the Garment Product Developer at Chêne Gear, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of apparel products. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience with developing technical apparel and a strong knowledge of textiles, component materials, and construction techniques. The candidate should have an interest in apparel design as well as a solid understanding of the entire development process. The candidate should also have experience with working directly with apparel factories and textile mills.
To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant degree in apparel design or related field,
experience with apparel development, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously. You should also be a creative problem solver with excellent communication and
organizational skills. If you are passionate about technical apparel, and have a strong eye for detail,

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with design and production teams to create high-quality apparel products.
• Manage the entire product development process, from concept to production, to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Source materials, conduct fittings, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Create sketches, tech packs, and other design documents.
• Source fabrics and materials to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
• Maintain records of production and inventory.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Apparel Development
• Bachelor’s degree in Garment Design or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in patternmaking, sewing, and technical design.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with apparel factories and textile mills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ideal Candidate would be located at Chêne Headquarters in Memphis, TN.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at Chêne Gear, you will be responsible for assisting in the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process.
To be successful in this role, you should be quick-thinking and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The role also requires project management skills and the ability to work independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting in the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process.
• Analyzing current financial performance against historical data and forecasts
• Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance
• Performing analysis where required to assist in management decision making
• Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models to help identify trends
• Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
• BBA in Finance or Accounting
• 1-5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not a requirement
