Position Summary:
The Network Inventory Associate supports Chêne Gear’s commitment to building premium outdoor gear without compromise by helping ensure the right product is available in the right place at the right time. This role is responsible for executing, coordinating, and monitoring inventory distribution across retail stores and warehouses. The ideal candidate understands that inventory accuracy directly impacts customer trust, brand experience, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute approved inventory distribution plans across Chêne Gear retail stores, fulfillment locations, distribution centers, warehouses, and other designated inventory points.
- Support a premium customer experience by helping ensure product availability, timely replenishment, and accurate inventory placement across the network.
- Coordinate inventory transfers between locations to balance demand, reduce stock shortages, minimize excess inventory, and support fulfillment performance.
- Collaborate with operations, planning, merchandising, warehouse, fulfillment, customer experience, and retail teams to support accurate inventory flow and brand consistency.
- Track inbound and outbound inventory activity, including shipments, transfers, receipts, adjustments, and related transaction records.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities to protect inventory integrity and strengthen reporting accuracy.
- Research and support resolution of inventory variances, shortages, overages, missing stock, and system discrepancies with urgency and accountability.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory movements, transfer activity, reporting updates, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory visibility, distribution accuracy, fulfillment speed, and overall network balance while supporting Chêne Gear’s standard of quality and trust.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related coursework in supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, retail operations, warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, outdoor apparel, or premium consumer goods preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory movement, replenishment, allocation, transfers, receiving, and fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, or comparable business systems.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately with inventory records, operational reports, transaction data, and system updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Work may be performed in office, warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, and retail store support environments.
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling inventory may be required.
- Ability to lift and move products in accordance with company safety guidelines and location requirements.
- Schedule flexibility may be required to support inventory counts, shipment activity, peak volume periods, and operational deadlines.

The Office Manager/Executive Assistant serves as the operational backbone of the Memphis office. This role is responsible for creating structure, organization, and efficiency across the business while providing high-level administrative support to the executive leadership.
This individual will manage office operations, coordinate meetings and events, oversee administrative processes, and act as a trusted partner to company leaders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support:
- Manage the executive team’s calendar, scheduling priorities, and meeting cadence
- Prepare executive briefings and meeting summaries to ensure leaders are prepared
- Organize information, ideas, and action items into clear and actionable formats
- Coordinate follow-up on key initiatives and commitments
- Support strategic projects and special assignments as needed
Leadership Support:
- Coordinate leadership meetings and company-wide meetings
- Develop agendas and prepare meeting materials
- Take meeting notes and document key decisions
- Track action items and ensure commitments are followed through
- Help create accountability and alignment across the leadership team
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improved communication and execution
- Help drive organizational discipline and follow-through throughout the business
Office Operations & Hospitality
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and workplace organization
- Coordinate office hospitality, meals, and visitor experiences
- Ensure guests, customers, candidates, and partners receive a professional Chêne experience
- Support employee events and company gatherings
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and office orientation
Property & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships
- Manage office-related projects and improvements
- Ensure company facilities remain organized, functional, and representative of the Chêne brand
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or office operations
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience coordinating executive travel, meetings, and events
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and calendar management tools
