Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Specialist to join our operations
team in Memphis, TN. In this full-time, hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the flow and
accuracy of inventory - from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and overtime available during peak season.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Support inventory control processes, including regular cycle counts
- Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Operate handheld devices through our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Communicate with team members to quickly resolve issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with systems like RF-SMART and NetSuite is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Monday through Friday (Some Saturday work during peak season)
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime during peak season

What You'll Do
- Bring Ideas to Life - Collaborate with designers, developers, and suppliers to create innovative, high-performance garments and footwear.
- Own the Product Development Process - Manage product timelines, ensuring each stage from prototyping to production runs smoothly.
- Develop & Maintain Tech Packs & Bill of Materials (BOMs) - Create and manage detailed documentation to ensure precise product execution.
- Test & Perfect Every Detail - Work with field testers to gather real-world feedback and refine products for peak performance.
- Source the Best Materials - Research and select fabrics, trims, and components that enhance durability and function.
- Build Strong Supplier Relationships - Communicate with factories and vendors to maintain high-quality standards and ensure on-time production.
- Optimize Fit & Function - Conduct fit sessions, evaluate patterns, and refine construction methods to create gear that moves with the hunter.
- Utilize Advanced Design Tools - Work with Adobe Illustrator and CLO 3D to develop product designs, patterns, and virtual prototypes.
- Solve Problems in Real Time - Identify and address production challenges quickly, ensuring seamless product execution.
- Stay Ahead of the Game - Keep a pulse on industry trends, materials, and innovations that elevate our gear to the next level.
What You'll Bring
- Passion for Performance Gear - A deep understanding of what makes great hunting apparel and footwear.
- Technical Product Knowledge - Experience in garment or footwear development, with a focus on performance materials and functional design.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator & CLO 3D - Ability to create detailed sketches, patterns, and digital prototypes.
- Expertise in Tech Packs & BOMs - Strong ability to develop, update, and manage essential production documentation.
- Strong Project Management Skills - Ability to manage multiple product timelines while maintaining attention to detail.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Accountant will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures and protocols to maintain accurate accounting records. They will also process accounts payable and help departments within the Company manage and forecast costs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Senior Controller to ensure that all transactions are being accounted for properly within the ERP system
- Assist in developing and maintaining monthly reconciliations of key accounts
- Assist in maintaining records regarding revenue, cost of goods sold, and operating costs
- Manage vendors and associated invoices to ensure proper approvals of purchases,
matching supporting documentation, and accurate accounting treatment - Monitor budget compared to actual costs monthly and provide information to key decision makers within the Company
- Maintain records of checks, purchase orders and invoices
- Assist in the monthly reconciliation of the ERP system with all other systems of record used by the Company
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
- 3-6 years accounting experience required, CPA is a plus
- Demonstrates the ability to pay very close attention to detail and manage multiple projects
- Shows the ability to solve complex problems independently
- Must be able to communicate well with others to assist with financial planning
- Demonstrates the ability to work well with computers and maintain databases effectively
- Advanced abilities with Excel required. NetSuite or Shopify experience preferred
- Shows professionalism when working with vendors, customers, and other departments within the Company
- This is a full-time, in-house position located at Chêne Headquarters in Memphis, TN
