POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Multimedia Specialist, you’ll bring Chêne Gear to life across multiple platforms, blending video production, graphic design, and photography into a cohesive content strategy. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create visuals that reflect our brand’s premium quality and rugged spirit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Video Production
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Capture in-field action and lifestyle footage showcasing Chêne Gear in rugged, real-world environments
- Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing
Graphic Design and Photography
- Design high-quality graphics for digital and print use, such as social posts, website banners, and promotional materials
- Capture compelling product and lifestyle photography for campaigns, catalogs, and social media
- Retouch and edit photos to meet brand standards
Content Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that align with brand messaging
- Maintain and organize a library of multimedia assets for internal and external use
- Monitor trends in outdoor and hunting industries to keep content fresh and relevant
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional experience in video production, photography, and/or graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
- Strong knowledge of video editing techniques, color grading, and sound design
- Experience shooting in outdoor environments and managing on-location productions
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Passion for the outdoors and waterfowl hunting is a plus
- This is a full-time, in-house position located at Chêne Headquarters in Memphis, TN

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Accountant will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures and protocols to maintain accurate accounting records. They will also process accounts payable and help departments within the Company manage and forecast costs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Senior Controller to ensure that all transactions are being accounted for properly within the ERP system
- Assist in developing and maintaining monthly reconciliations of key accounts
- Assist in maintaining records regarding revenue, cost of goods sold, and operating costs
- Manage vendors and associated invoices to ensure proper approvals of purchases,
matching supporting documentation, and accurate accounting treatment - Monitor budget compared to actual costs monthly and provide information to key decision makers within the Company
- Maintain records of checks, purchase orders and invoices
- Assist in the monthly reconciliation of the ERP system with all other systems of record used by the Company
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
- 3-6 years accounting experience required, CPA is a plus
- Demonstrates the ability to pay very close attention to detail and manage multiple projects
- Shows the ability to solve complex problems independently
- Must be able to communicate well with others to assist with financial planning
- Demonstrates the ability to work well with computers and maintain databases effectively
- Advanced abilities with Excel required. NetSuite or Shopify experience preferred
- Shows professionalism when working with vendors, customers, and other departments within the Company
