Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Specialist to join our operations
team in Memphis, TN. In this full-time, hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the flow and
accuracy of inventory - from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and overtime available during peak season.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy
• Support inventory control processes, including regular cycle counts
• Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Operate handheld devices through our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Communicate with team members to quickly resolve issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with systems like RF-SMART and NetSuite is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Monday through Friday (Some Saturday work during peak season)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime during peak season
