This role is about delivering an exceptional customer experience through every communication channel while supporting the overall Chêne customer journey.
What You'll Do
- Deliver Unmatched Customer Service – Foster a customer-first culture where service excellence is the foundation of every interaction.
- Intake for Warranty & Service Excellence – Ensure seamless execution of product servicing, warranties, and repairs, building trust and loyalty with our customers.
- Support the Customer Experience Across All Communication Channels- Build trust and brand loyalty by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-first support through phone and email interactions.
- Cross-train within the retail store to support in-store customer experience needs as required.
What You'll Bring
- Passion for Customer Experience – A deep commitment to service excellence and building long-term customer relationships.
- Communication Skills – Ability to deliver timely and efficient responses
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Quick thinking, solution-driven, and able to navigate challenges with confidence.
- Resolve customer issues with ownership, empathy, and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Customer service or customer experience preferred
- Experience handling phone and email communication preferred
- Understanding customer experience trends and brand storytelling is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
