Warehouse Inventory Count Update

All warehouse operations will be temporarily offline due to our annual inventory count.

Shipping Pause

Orders will not ship January 28 through February 5.

Any orders placed during this time will begin shipping once warehouse operations resume.

Order Cutoff Dates

• Standard & Expedited shipping orders: Must be placed by Wednesday, January 27 at 12:00 PM CT to ship before the shutdown
• Orders placed after these cutoff times will ship after February 5.

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges will be paused starting January 28 at 12:00 PM CT
• Items may still be delivered to our facilities during the shutdown
• Processing will resume once warehouse operations are back online

Warranty Claims

• Warranty claims can still be submitted during the shutdown
• Processing will resume once normal operations return
• If a replacement is available at a retail location that is open, it may be fulfilled in-store

Repairs

Repairs will continue on a normal schedule and are not affected by the warehouse shutdown.

Retail Store Orders

Some retail locations may have limited access to warehouse inventory during this period. If an item is not available in-store, staff will assist with a ship-to-home order and provide updated shipping timelines.

Facility Closures

• Memphis location will be closed on February 4
• Stuttgart location will be closed on February 5

Normal operations at each location will resume following these closures.
