Expected a better product

"I bought my merino quarter zip, and merino bottom back in October. Picked them up in Memphis and the staff was very nice and helpful. Have been wearing it just about every day since hunting season opened. I noticed today, that the merino quarter zip has a small hole in the back where chene is stitched on them looks like some of the thread has come undone. With all of the good things I have heard about chene, I had thought this product would last more than one season."
