The Chêne Gear Scout Boot is highly praised for its durability, flexibility, and waterproof protection. Customers appreciate its secure fit, non-slip sole, and quick-drying, moisture-wicking liner. The boots are also noted for their excellent grip, fantastic feel, and great quality, though opinions on sizing vary.

"Love these boots I wear them everywhere and for everything comfortable to wear all day easy to slip on and off They did crack at the crease along the top of my foot but Chene customer service is second to none and took care of the repair. I do not want another pair of boots on my feet"
"I wear these boots around 100 days a year. Before and after the hunt and working on the farm. Great all around boot. Would recommend 10-10. They have also lasted longer and than any other boot that other manufactures produce. Have had two plus seasons and just got another pair in shadowgrass just to have multiple good pair of boots."
"Great deck boots compared to other brands!"
"So I wish I wore these boots on and off a skiff, or in the truck on the way to the cabin after a great day doing whatever I want. But no. I wear them cleaning out my wife's horse stalls. I've had all the other brands and they do not stack up at all. The soles separate, beads fail at the forefoot bend, the liner gives up the ghost. . . all the usual suspects. These boots absolutely do not! They are easy on/easy off but don't slop around. The liners are durable without being painful. The soles are still glued to the rest of the boot after months of exposure to urine, water, pine shavings and several hooves. If they can handle that, they can easily handle the skiff if I ever get on one"
"How can I get size 15 in these boots. Does Chene do special orders on larger sizes?"
"Comfortable and well built"
"Huge shot out to these- well made and comfortable . GREAT for mud and rain"
"Got these for Christmas. I was excited for my first Chene product. I wear these at least 5 times/week. Very comfortable boots. After 5 months though they are cracked at the crease from walking. Very disappointed. Not the quality I was expecting from Chene. I have had other brands last at least a yr before having this problem. If they weren't as comfortable as they are I would have given 1 star."
"These boots fit well and are super comfortable. Heard about them on The Big Honker Podcast!"
