The best bag I’ve owned
"I’ve owned Filson and Tom Beckbe backpacks, this thing blows them out of the water. I first saw it when I visited the Chene store in Arkansas during a duck hunt in Jan 2026, it caught my eye then. I ordered it last week, shipped me to me in two days! This will be my daily carry work bag and I’ll take it to the duck blind as well. High quality throughout! Tons of compartments and organization. The icing on the cake is the twill lined inside of each compartment. Very unique!! Great work Chene!"

Payed $600 to get "Exclusive Chene Backpack"
"At a Delta Waterfowl event, my son and I purchased a raffle package that included a Chene back pack- the reason we purchased the $600 package was to get the backpack. However, the "Chene" didn't even make it through an entire middle school kids year. My son decided to use it for his school back back, since it's supposed to be so GOOD. I almost didn't let him use it for school because I had another purpose. I was going to keep it for my use , but he wanted to use it for school. I'm so disappointed that he was embarrassed by the Chene brand coming apart during school hours when he was trying to get home from the bus. We'll, I'm glad I didn't depend on it for any outlander use because it didn't even make it through an entire middle school elementary year. I've used many backpacks that lasted years that didn't cost over $50, but this one didn't even make it a year, but it looked good to start. I'll never recommend this brand if this is the quality that is shipped. These pictures are from less than a year of school use. Not abuse, just going back and forth to school. NOT OFF ROADS USE LIKE THESE PRODUCTS APPEAR TO BE MADE FOR!Both straps came undone in the same day, before he could get home. My son told me he could barely make it home bear hugging his books the day that it happened. What if we had been stuck in the woods??"
